Before you buy
Are the phones brand new and sealed?
Yes — new phones come sealed with the manufacturer's warranty and a proper bill. If we ever offer a used or exchange handset we'll say so plainly.
Do you repair phones?
We do — screens, batteries, charging ports and software issues. Most common repairs are done the same day; we'll tell you the cost before we start.
Can I exchange my old phone?
Yes. Bring it in and we'll check the condition and tell you what it's worth against a new one.
Do you offer EMI?
Yes, on most models, subject to the finance company's approval. Carry your ID and card details and we'll do it at the counter.
Will the warranty still be valid if you repair it?
For an in-warranty phone we'll tell you when the service centre is the better route, so you don't lose your cover. That's usually the honest answer.
